Return and Refund Policy

At Minexium, we want to make the return and refund issue crystal clear. This policy describes when returns and refunds are possible; works through how the requests will be dealt with; and what to expect from this whole process. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following conditions.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Items are accepted for return only if they arrive damaged, defective, or are grossly misrepresented.
  • Any returns can be requested only within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must not have been used, in its original packaging, and all accessories provided at the time of purchase are to be included.
  • Our policy does not allow us to accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.

2. The Return Procedure

  • To initiate any return process, contact our support team at [email protected], giving details of your order, what the issue is, and attaching pictures whenever possible.
  • Once approved, instructions on the next steps will be communicated.
  • The customer has to pack the item cautiously for the return.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will only be processed after the item returns qualify under the eligibility criteria.
  • Refunds will all be made via bank transfer.
  • We will not refund cash or return via any other means.
  • The amount of time it takes to process refunds is variable, but we will try to ensure that refunds will be processed within 10 days from the time of receipt and inspection of the returned item.

4. Non-Returnable Items

5. Hong Kong Law

Minexium adheres to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) in Hong Kong in the use of personal data during the return and refund process. All details provided during the process of return or refund will be used with the highest confidentiality.
